Placing Orders

I want to make a purchase, but I prefer to order over the phone. What number should I call?

You can place your online order by calling (417) 268-9100 available during business days from 9:30 AM. EST 5:30 PM EST

Are a phone number and email address required to place an order?

A valid phone number or email address are required as we need to be able to contact you if there is a question about your order. An order that does not have a valid phone number or email address may not be fulfilled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck transfers.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when you place your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

In general, orders are shipped within two days of order placement, via Fedex Ground. Learn more about our freight services on the Shipping / Delivery FAQ.

How do I place an order for a tax exempt organization, or get a sales tax credit for an order that has already been placed?

If your organization is tax exempt, please use the name of the organization in the billing address. The credit card used must be a card issued in the name of the tax exempt organization. Following placement of your order call  (417) 268-9100 or e-mail [email protected] to inform us that you are a tax exempt organization. Please also email a pdf of your tax exempt certificate to the same email address. After the order is shipped, the credit card will be credited with the sales tax amount.

Order Status

Did Eurasia Coffee & Tea receive my order?

After you place an order, you will see a confirmation screen that includes your order number.  You will also receive a confirmation email that includes an order summary. If you created an account, you can log in and check the order status on the View Order History page.

How do I know what’s happening with my order?

You will receive an order summary email when your order is shipped. If you created an account, you can log in and check the order status on the View Order History page.

My order status is “Pending.” What does that mean? “Processed”? “Shipped”?

“Pending” indicates that we have received your order and are currently preparing your items. “Processed” indicates that we are preparing your items for shipment. “Shipped” means that your items have left our facility and are en route to their destination.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

My order is incomplete. What can I do?

Contact our office at  (417) 268-9100. You will need your order number for reference, which is included in the order summary and order shipment emails we send. If you created an account, you can find the order number on the View Order History page.

An item I purchased arrived damaged. What can I do?

My order contained the wrong merchandise? What can I do?

The item I want to purchase is no longer available. Will Eurasia Coffee & Tea backorder the item?

Because we partner with artisans from remote communities around the world, we cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items. Our artisan partners are continually crafting new items and do not maintain an inventory of past wares. For this reason, we do not offer backorders.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your purchase and the shipping method you select.

What shipping service does Eurasia Coffee & Tea use?

We ship all items via Fedex. We offer Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd Day and Fedex Overnight services for all merchandise orders. Orders requested to be sent Fedex 2nd Day or Overnight must be placed on a weekday by Noon EST in order to go out the same day. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after noon on Friday or on the weekend will not be shipped until Monday due to our warehouse being closed on the weekend and Fedex does not offer Saturday delivery for these services.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

When can I expect my package?

Your items will be shipped within two business days after we receive your order. The approximate number of delivery days it take for an order to get to you (after shipping) are the following:
3-4 days for west/east coasts and southern states
 1-2 days for midwest states
. Our office and warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Eurasia Coffee & Tea is not responsible for replacing lost packages if Fedex can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to insure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.

Account Information FAQ

Do I have to create an account with Eurasia Coffee & Tea to purchase online?

You don’t have to create an account to shop online with Eurasia Coffee & Tea — you can shop as a guest. The information we require from guests is used to process your order, but is not stored for future purchases. Please review our privacy policy for more details.

Are there benefits to creating an account?

Creating an account enables you to check your order status online and to quickly complete the checkout process during your next visit. We will not send you any communication unless you opt-in to receive them.

If I create an account, where is my information stored?

Your account information is stored on our secure server. Your credit card information is securely stored by our payment processing gateway. Please review our privacy policy for more details.
